Testimonial of Larry Wilt to Bob Rich Dealer manager at Lincoln Logs Ltd.
Hi Bob,
As I approach the completion of the final phase of construction of my east Cove II Lincoln Logs home, I want to take a few minutes to let you know that it was a pleasure talking with you at the seminar held at the home of Randy and Judy Markle this past summer. The entire process from the initial lot clearing to these final details has been a fascinating learning experience for me.
Although the experience has not been without some minor glitches, I must tell you that the Markles have been wonderfully supportive in helping to resolve the problems in a timely manner and have been instrumental in expediting the project throughout its various phases. Not once have I had to personally contact Lincoln’s corporate offices to resolve an issue as Randy has been very proactive in that regard. As a result the total experience has been much easier than it might have been; The Markle’s opinions and support have been invaluable in helping me to make many important decisions along the way.
As the project comes to a close and I begin to see the vision I’ve had of this beautiful home materialize, I am grateful for the part the Markle’s have played in making the possibility a reality. They not only represent Lincoln’s product in a most effective way, but they are ethically a credit to your business. I sincerely hope you appreciate them.
Best regards,
Larry Wilt

If you ever wanted to form a good partnership while building your dream log home Randy and Judy Markle of Susquehanna River Log Homes are the people on which to call. They have served as more than just a liaison between Lincoln Logs and us.
Beth and I first met Randy and Judy late in 2004 after finding their company on the internet. We were interested in building a log home but didn’t really know where to start. After visiting Randy and Judy and their beautiful home we new right then and there that we had found a good match to guide us through this sometimes challenging and somewhat intimidating convoluted process.
In February 2005 Randy visited a wooded lot we were potentially interested in buying to see if he thought if it was a good match for a log home. This was even before we decided to build a Lincoln Log Ltd home for sure. He drove us miles to visit some previously built homes to help us make an informed decision and so we could begin to visualize what it was that we might want to build. Randy and Judy helped us to get the blueprints just the way we wanted and answered the seemingly thousands of questions that were on our minds. They guided us through the paperwork the issues with financial institutions and even suggested a great builder Mr. Robert Naylor of McAllisterville.
Since we have broken ground in the summer of 2006 Randy and Judy have been with us every step of the way. They check in with the builder on a regular basis and Randy even came and worked side by side with the builder for one full day. Randy was there to help unload and inventory our package when it arrived.
The best part of this partnership for Beth and I is that we feel as though we have made new friends. Randy and Judy are very good listeners and proactive people who just make it so much easier and more pleasant to get the job done.
Our beautiful home is almost complete and it has been an amazingly smooth ride thanks to the hard work of Randy and Judy. As we start to settle into our new home we are extremely appreciative for Randy and Judy and what they have brought to this partnership.
